why

It was in the back of my mind for a number of years that I should create a brand to celebrate the life of my sister Pip, a.k.a. "Birdie". This became a reality in 2015 when I decided to step into this dream and create my Dream Bird business, out of which the Birdie range of wines was born. There are times when it's been tough,

but I always come full circle to feel lucky to be having this experience. Life has never been the same since losing Pip, but it has also taught me to enjoy the little things, be grateful, spend time in nature, give more and want less.
